18 years of experience and the leader of the pack. Skye brings colour, creativity and bold design thinking to every garden. Always thinking outside the box, she’s the driving force behind the vision.

Emily

With over 7 years at L&F, Emily is our Queen of the Roses. Rose pruning is her absolute specialty, and her bubbly, infectious personality makes every garden (and every day) brighter.

Jenn

With a background in hospitality, Jenn serves up the perfect blend of horticultural knowledge and first-class customer service. She’s the queen of topiary, creating living sculptures and striking focal points from expertly clipped hedging.

Joe

Our Gentle Giant. Coming from a greenkeeping background, Joe’s expertise lies in lawns and fine turf care — but he’s also a fantastic all-rounder the team can always rely on.

Josh

6 years strong with L&F. An exceptional all-rounder, Josh is our go-to for precision hedging and tackling challenging hedge work. A gym fanatic (aka “Jimbo”), he brings both skill and strength to the team.

Kelvin

With a larger-than-life personality, you always know when Kelvin’s arrived. As Project Manager, he leads all landscaping outside the maintenance teams. Hardworking, solutions-focused there’s no problem he can’t solve.

Kirsty

Two years with us and deeply passionate about wildlife and the environment. Kirsty’s knowledge and determination to always do the very best for nature never go unnoticed. A real asset to the team.

Monika

Our Mother Hen. 7 years in and still loving a good transformation. Monika thrives in borders meticulous weeding, sharp crisp edges, and immaculate finishes are her signature.

Poppy

One of our newest team members, bringing artistic flair and fresh creativity. For Poppy, a garden is a canvas and plants are the paint her sculptural ideas and rose work are exciting to watch evolve.

Reggie

Everyone needs a bit of Reggie motivation. Always uplifting and eager to tackle any task, he’s part of the projects team with Kelvin and helps ensure every job is completed on time with very happy clients.

Ricky

Four years with us and always willing to go above and beyond. Ricky’s strengths are lawns and hedges, and his attention to detail makes all the difference.

Darryl

One of our newer team members, Darryl’s eagerness to learn and absorb knowledge is refreshing. He loves working on lawns and hedges and has a real appreciation for the wildlife around us.

Sean

A strong all-rounder with a background in tree work. Sean has a brilliant eye for shaping trees naturally, ensuring they retain their character while looking their absolute best.

Charlie

An experienced gardener with years under his belt. Charlie’s positivity and can-do attitude carry the team through rain or shine.

Sofia

Our in-house photographer (whether she realises it or not!). Sofia loves hard graft and finds real satisfaction in transformations. She’s also pushing boundaries with lawn art we can’t wait to see what she creates this season.

Stu

Stu’s charisma and practical thinking make him a huge asset to the team. His can-do attitude is infectious and his sausage rolls aren’t bad either.

Tom

You’ll often find Tom in the kitchen garden, growing incredible vegetables from seed. Highly knowledgeable in pests and diseases, he’s our go-to for edible growing expertise.

Tiffany

The Queen of the Rota keeping the cogs of the business turning smoothly. Four years in and she knows the company inside out. An essential part of what keeps Litchfield & Fox running seamlessly.
