By arranging and agreeing any service or provision via phone, fax, email, website/online booking or via all and any forms of verbal or written agreement, you are bound to Skye Maddox (trading as Litchfield & Fox) Service Terms and Conditions.

1. LANDSCAPING, GROUNDS MAINTENANCE & DESIGN (this covers all operations provisioned by Skye Maddox (trading as Litchfield & Fox), including sales.

  1. The client agrees to sign the Skin Test Waiver forms (if required) prior to the first visit commencing.

  2. The client agrees to pay the appointment fee immediately upon completion of the appointment. 

  3. The client agrees to pay a non-refundable deposit to Luxston LTD.

  4. If the client fails to attend the required skin test, then this will be treated as a no-show and the applicable fees (100%) will be payable.

  5. If the client cancels or rearranges their appointment with less than 48 hours notice the deposit will not be refunded and cannot be redeemed against any future appointments.

  6. If the client doesn't show up to the arranged and agreed appointment the deposit will not be refunded and cannot be redeemed against any future appointments.

  7. If the client doesn't show up to the arranged and agreed appointment the full (100%) appointment fee will be payable - if a deposit was taken, the deposit will be deducted from the total fee owed.

  8. Luxston LTD reserves the right to cancel, suspend, withhold or reschedule services in accordance with the business's needs.

  9. The reception, hair and beauty team can only give a rough estimate of the duration and cost of the service, which is based on a basic description of the client’s requirements. Please note that duration and cost may vary, therefore a degree of flexibility is required.

  10. Luxston LTD will not be responsible for any reactions, allergies or side effects caused by any product or services provisioned by Luxston LTD. All the necessary tests and checks will be done prior to any appointment to minimise the chance of the aforementioned.

  11. The client understands that the price quoted is only an estimate and is subject to change.

  12. Luxston LTD reserves the right to amend the initial quotation/estimate, should the client’s original requirements change.

  13. Luxston LTD reserves the right to allow all staff to refuse to complete or undertake any work which is considered unsanitary or relates to the exposure of infectious illnesses, sores or ailments. 

  14. All clients who use our hair services understands and agrees that not all colouring/banding/stains can be removed due to condition and pigmentation, in these circumstances no refund or repeat service will be provisioned




  1. The client accepts and understands that poor service, unsatisfactory dying or cutting services must be reported within 24 hours from the service date. Failure to do so will entitle client to no refunds or repeat service.

  2. Luxston LTD may take up to 7 working days to respond to a complaint.

  3. Complaints are only accepted in writing (letter, email or fax). Complaints must be reported on completion or in the following 24-hours of the service date.

  4. Luxston LTD agrees to keep all client’s information confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy (which can be read here:



  1. Luxston LTD has a Public and Employer's liability insurance. The policy will cover any damages caused by a staff member working on behalf of Luxston LTD, reported within 24 hours of service date.

  2. Luxston LTD reserves the right to refuse to share any of the confidential company documents.



  1. The client understands that he/she is not entitled to any refunds.

  2. If the client is not completely satisfied with a service, Luxston LTD will repeat any areas of concern to satisfaction. Therefore, the client must allow the member of staff to rectify this service.

  3. Luxston LTD reserves the right not to repeat a service more than once.




  1. Luxston LTD reserves the right not to be liable for:

  2. Completing services which are not asked;

  3. Services not completed due to obstacles thus preventing ease of service provision;

  4. Third party entering or present at the client's premises during the service process;

  5. Hair quality or discolouring becoming more visible once colour, skin or hair has been removed;

  6. Failing to remove old/permanent banding/stains that cannot be removed using standard hair and beauty methods;

  7. Existing damage or colour that cannot be cleaned/removed completely using industry standard services or using the products and equipment provided by Luxston LTD;





    1. When bound by the terms of a Service Agreement, the client agrees to pay the full, usual payable fee for all and any services cancelled due to any reason including but not limited to non-attendance, weather, natural disaster, illness or lateness.

    2. The client agrees to pay the full service appointment price if the client cancels or changes the date/time less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

    3. The client may cancel or adjust the time of an appointment by giving at least 48 hours advance notice.

LUXURY HAMPER RAFFLE COMPETITION - Drawn on 18th December 2019

These terms and conditions refer to any entry method to our raffle.

  1. The cost of each ticket entry into the Luxury Hamper raffle is £1 for 1 ticket or £2 for 3 tickets. You may purchase more than one ticket and there is no upper limit per draw. Payment to enter the raffle must be made in advance of the draw date. Any payment received after the draw date will be refunded and entry will not be counted. 

  2. No tickets can be sold to, on behalf of, or for a person under the age of 18 years. The Promoter reserves the right to carry out age verification checks.

  3. If a ticket is sold unknowingly to, on behalf of, or for a person under the age of 18 he/she will be exempt from the raffle and will forfeit his/her prize and the stake will be returned.

  4. The Raffle is open to all UK residents over the age of 18, except employees of Luxston HAir & Beauty who are directly involved with the raffle, their agencies and other companies directly involved in the running of the raffle. 

  5. The Promoter will run 1 raffle draw. The draw date will take place on the 18th December 2019.

  6. Raffle tickets will be entered into the draw only when the whole payment is received.

  7. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for raffle tickets which are lost, damaged, illegible or from which the prize-winner cannot be identified, or for any technical failure or event which may cause the competition to be disrupted or corrupted.

  8. The winning raffle ticket will be drawn randomly.

  9. The result of the raffle draw is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

  10. Please keep the ticket or allocated number as proof of purchase.

  11. Where The Promoter is unable to contact a prize-winner so that a prize remains unclaimed for one month following The Promoter's first attempt to notify the prize-winner, The Promoter may apply the prize as it sees fit, including re-offering the prize in future raffles.

  12. All winners are required to co-operate with The Promoter’s right to publish their win as and where deemed appropriate, and to provide proof of age when requested.

  13. In the event of an error, howsoever caused, whether a printing error or otherwise and whether obvious or otherwise, which affects the competition in any way, The Promoter reserves the right to administer the raffle as though the error had not occurred. Where The Promoter deems it appropriate and/or feasible it will notify entrants of the error.

  14. Failure to comply with any of these rules may result in the disqualification of the entry. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry at their absolute discretion.

  15. The Luxston raffle is subject to the laws of England and Wales.

  16. The Promoter’s decision in all matters relating to the raffle is final.



  1. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 16 years or over except employees of Luxston LTD and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.

  2. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

  3. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

  10. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

  12. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

  15. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.

  16. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

  18. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

  19. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

  20. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the relevant United Kingdom law, and by agreeing to be bound by them the client agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts of the United Kingdom. Luxston LTD reserves the right to make any changes to any part of these Terms and Conditions without giving any prior notice.
